How long does it take to sharpen my chainsaw
Normally between 1 and 5 days depending on the quantity you have for us to sharpen and work load. Most people can get their chain sharpen back between 1-2 days.

How do I mix my 2 Stroke fuel.
Depending on your machine and the 2 stroke oil you choose there are different fuel / oil ratios.
So good idea to refer to your owners manual to find out the recommended ratio. Here is what we know and a good guide to help you.
Most manufacturers recommend a premium fuel to be used. Do not use motorcycle or marine 2 stroke oil , it’s for water cooled engines only , which you chainsaw , lawnmower , lawn trimmer is not , they are air cooled as is most hand held outdoor power equipment.
25 : 1 is an old but reliable mixing ratio. Mineral oil is fine. So this means if you have a 5L fuel can / drum you need to add 200mls of 2 stroke oil. So every 5L of fuel requires 200mls of 2 stroke oil. If you are not sure of the ratio for any 2 stroke engine ( air cooled ), use this mixing ratio as it will work in most 2 stroke engines.
50 : 1 is a very common ratio these days. You need to know if your machine can run this ratio. This ratio can be used with high quality mineral oil or synthetic oil , both being of the 2 stroke variety. So 50 : 1 is 100mls of 2 Stroke oil to every 5L of fuel.
How long does it take for my equipment to be serviced.
Normally between 2 – 14 days. Depending if we require a spare part to be ordered and the work load we have at any given time. Summer period is normally very busy. Most repairs are ready within a week of you leaving it with us.
How do I sharpen my chainsaw Chain
There are a variety of ways you can sharpen your chainsaw chain yourself which we encourage because it’s not hard to learn and using a chainsaw with a blunt chain is time consuming , exhausting and dangerous. There are a variety of tools available to sharpen your chainsaw chain , from round file to full size chain grinder we are more than happy to assist you. How do I order spare parts.
First get your phone and take a picture of the machine and the model numbers that are attached to the engine and the frame. Normally there could and should be 1 – 3 individual or groups of letters and numbers. Get as much information as you can please. Then either give us a call or send us a email with your information and the parts you require.
Do you sell accessories and protective equipment.
We have a range of accessories available to suit many machines and applications , particularly for the chainsaws and lawn trimmers. Spare chainsaw chains , guide bars , oils , great range of nylon line for trimmers and much more.
You will find something to suit your requirements for your safety & protection from basic garden gloves & eye protection to superbly made to fit helmets with or without visors , ear protection to suit any application and the latest in chainsaw safety clothing.
What type of payments do you accept.
We accept Cash , Card , Electronic Funds Transfer , PayPal and Lay-bys.
A small fee may apply on some card purchases , if this applies you will be informed before transaction is completed.
Only one Lay by at a time over a period of 3 months is allowed. Regular payments are required.
No product , including repairs and chain sharpens will be released until full payment is received.
Accounts are only available to government departments unless otherwise arranged with management.
What brands do you repair.
As long as we can get parts if required , we repair and service most brands and types of outdoor power equipment.
When can I pick up my repair , should I ring regarding my repair and How long do I have to collect my repair.
You can collect the item you left for repair upon completion of repair You will receive a text message or phone call or Email depending on how you would prefer for us to contact you.
It is not necessary for you then to ring us but are welcome to if more information is required.
A repair can be left with us up to and not exceeding 28 days upon us notifying you that your repair is ready to be collected. If the repair is not picked up after 28 days then the matter will be treated under the Uncollected Goods Act 1995. Unless prior arrangement with management is arranged and documented.
